If your platform is not supported you can also choose to upload products manually. It also means you will have to manage the order from th backoffice.
¶ Select Ecommerce platform
- Login to the backoffice
- Navigate to Settings > Ecommerce platform
- Choose
Retaelas the managing platform
- Click
Save
¶ Upload a product
- Login to the backoffice
- Navigate to Products
- Click
Add product
- Enter the necessary product information and upload images.
- Define
Optionsif you want to create Variants for your product. eg.Size: 42andSize: 43
Options are not a requirement, without Options you will create a standalone product.
You can add additional values for the option by seperating them with a comma eg.

The dropdown provides common options like
ColorandSize, but you can also define your own option likeCustom, just start typing
- Click
Save- a new product is created - If you added
Options, new Variants were also created and now become visible.
You can edit a
Variantby clicking on the name. Here you can also upload variant-specific images.
